SILVERSTEEN - TOKAI
The dictates of the estate design guideline stipulated the limitation of an attic style roofline for double storey elements while the client’s brief was for a Georgian vernacular.
GEMINI WAY - CONSTANTIA
This was a rebuild of an existing 1960’s Cape Dutch neo-vernacular dwelling which required the retention of most of the original ground storey footprint.
SEBASTIAN ROAD - CONSTANTIA
The brief received was for the redesign of the first storey layout including the main roof and facades. This portion originally had a shallow double pitch with add-ons that did not do the property justice.
